ULS knows the value of well trained and loyal employees. ULS' view on the importance of quality products and services is emphasized through our unique internal educational system, Urban University.
Urban University is a comprehensive curriculum program designed to educate the Mortgage Services departments. Urban University encompasses fifteen different classes for a total of ninety-eight credit hours.
Additionally, ULS has an excellent training department specifically focused on outsource services. Our highly skilled training department holds an on-boarding training course that lasts for three weeks and produces our qualified employees. In addition to the on-boarding course, each employee must take a continuation course for three days each year.
Providing the proper employee training opens communication and equips employees with expertise, giving assurance that a company not only can, but will, succeed through empowerment.
