ULS' training provides the opportunity for staff to enhance their understanding of the mortgage industry as well as to advance their careers. ULS has found that this approach plays a very important role in employee retention and staff development.
ULS' training encompasses all learning and training that goes across the organization. ULS has defined four programs:
- BeUrban - All compliance and ULS company specific training from new employee orientation to client contractual and regulatory courses required by all ULS employees.
- Work@Urban - Readiness training that takes place to stand up new businesses and new employees to do their daily roles.
- Grow@Urban - Professional Development Certificate Programs that include processor, underwriter and closer certificates, as well as project management and Microsoft Office training to encourage and support employees ability to grow new skills outside their daily roles.
- Lead@Urban - This program is dedicated to building capability of our leadership.
